First Farsi Book Festival in Vancouver

The first Farsi Book Festival in Vancouver will be held on April 27th. This festival, organized with the support and in collaboration of 14 cultural, literary, and academic institutions, including our Darakht-e Danesh Library, will showcase works by Iranian and Afghan writers residing in British Columbia and the United States. Alongside Iranian writers, works by Afghan writers such as the late Waṣef Baḵtari, Manizha Baḵtari, Shahnaaz Qayoumi, Mohammad Maḥaq, Seyyed Masoud, and Bashir Rahimi will also be featured.
Entry is free, and registration is not required.
