Breaking Bread 2022 | Calgary Chapter

The CW4WAfghan Chapter Calgary looks forward to seeing you on August 5 to catch up as friends and to support Afghan women and girls who face an acute and growing crisis. In August, 2021, Afghan high school girls were denied the right to attend school. When we meet on August 5, it will be ten days away from the day of grieving, when people will recognize the loss of decades of gains. Women are denied the right to leave the house to work as teachers, nurses, doctors, and in every other profession where they were contributing to the betterment of their society. #LetAfghanGirlsLearn
Lunch will be served by Murwarid and Behnoush. Wines are provided by Willow Park Wines and Spirits.
